Alice Rodriguez, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #6094

Alice would like to help you identify and heal from issues past and present that prevent you from living your best life (including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, codependency, grief/loss, abuse, self-esteem, and substance abuse/use).  In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),  Alice is a certified Brainspotting therapist and is trained in other modalities to include Imago therapy for couples.

Alice has worked with veterans affected by substance use, mental illness and homelessness and worked with incarcerated women at Folsom Women’s Facility.

Alice strives to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can heal, recognize your strengths, and rebuild relationships.   She is committed to walking along side you as you rediscover your truth, resilience and joy in your life. She helps clients gain a better understanding of themselves by learning new skills and tools that they can use daily—Alice wants to connect you to what matters most.

Alice has a Bachelor's degree from University of California, Davis and a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling  from California State University, Sacramento.   She is passionate about working with people of all ages, genders, social and cultural backgrounds.
